One of the many great benefits of being in CEO is that you get to hear stories from business owners, CEO’s and CFO’s. You hear about the day to day life of running a business and what it is like. Both good and bad. One of the oldest businesses in Pike County and Pittsfield is The Dari Ripple and today we were fortunate to hear from Catherine Rahe and Danne Durrall, Co-Owners of The D-Rip. Although they shared many great lessons about running D-Rip, one of the best pieces of knowledge was that “sometimes you don’t feel like doing something, but you just have to push through and keep going.” Thank you Cathy and Danne for not only serving up great ice cream, but sharing some great small business advice with our Pike CEO students!!
