On Friday, January 9th, Wayne County CEO Students visited Big Boy Catering in Fairfield. Owners, Chris and Lori Robson shared how they have built their business to reach their current level of success. They both shared their personal backgrounds as well, Lori had a career in education and Chris worked in the Oil Industry. In addition to their educations, Chris and Lori informed students of their qualifications and the certifications they have obtained in order to work in the food preparation industry. Lori also talked to students about how one might prepare for a career in the food and hospitality industry. Students were treated to breakfast and New York Style cheesecake.
